Our Terms and Conditions of Trade apply to all work we carry out and goods we supply. A summary is provided below.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is confirmed on-site following a diagnosis. We provide upfront pricing before any work begins - no hidden surprises.
Bookings & cancellations
Bookings can be made online or by phone. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Workmanship & warranty
All work is carried out by our licensed technicians to Australian standards. Workmanship is guaranteed, and manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment in accordance with each manufacturer's terms.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of works unless prior arrangements have been made. We will provide an itemised invoice for all work performed and parts supplied.
Making a warranty claim
To make a claim under warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase. All work is carried out by our licensed technicians (Licensed & Insured).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Heat Pump Services reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
